Include changes in addition to blame list in emails

Description

It would be good if the blame list in the emails also included the list of changes (that can be gotten from the waterfall display, but it would be good to have it at a glance).

no progress made on this yet, bumping to 0.7.8

should we include the full deltas? Or basically just the summary that's shown on the /changes/NN link from the waterfall page? (filenames, authorname, and checkin comment, I think)

Maybe have it configurable for a verbose and less verbose site? My developers would like the diffs but that could be spammy for some.
