IRC bot should have a mode where you can ask for all reports to be announced as they happen

I love the IRC bot, but I do find it annoying to keep on asking it to watch a build - I want it to watch *all* builds. I'd like to be able to say:

bbot: watch MyBuild? forever

or something like that.
