addLogObserver examples in the manual must be updated

addLogObserver method now takes three parameters (log name is a new one). Also, for observer to post metrics they must be mentioned in build step's progressMetrics field.

buildbot.texinfo is the source of the manual if I'm not mistaken, so I'll try to submit a patch.
